I’m not sure how many of you actually caught this on TV, and I think this article was written around air time, but talk about disappointed.
Sure, Michael DeMichele was out of line, standing up celebrating every pot. Not like Mile High when Denver scores, but pumping his fist. The kid is 23, he’s at a final table in the $50,000 HORSE event. You have to show some resistance as better than 50% of the final table are going to be career pro’s.
Now as for Scotty. How sad. I don’t know if it was the booze, or his less than stellar showing last year in the Main Event, but I was very disappointed. Granted, most people like myself don’t know anything about these people or their lives outside of Poker. But I have no doubts that Scotty will be followed by a dark cloud for some time to come. This was suppose to be a tournament in memory of the great Chip Reese. I will still view it that way.
